the process

1.

Once you book, we’ll sit down and have a chat about your vision for your ceremony. We’ll identify the non-negotiables and roughly draft up a ceremony plan.

This can be in-person in Wellington or on Zoom video call.

2.

Before your date, I’ll check in with a questionnaire for you to confirm the details of your ceremony.

We’ll finalise and lock-in your ceremony plan.

You can apply for your Marriage License here. Make sure to apply within 3 working days of your wedding day to ensure its processed.

3.

On the day, I’ll arrive early to make sure the ceremony is prepared and ready to begin.

Then I’ll faciliate your unique ceremony and make sure all the paperwork is signed by all parties (you, your spouse and two witnesses).

Congratulations, you’re now legally married!

Wedding Photography

If you’re looking for magical wedding photography, my trusted love, carissa team and I can capture your day!

While I conduct the ceremony, my team of trusted photographers step in to capture the moment.

Then I pick up my camera and photograph all other parts of the day.

Videography - Ceremony + Speeches

Footage of the ceremony, vows and speeches. This is a great add-on if you’re not hiring a videographer for your day. Gets the essentials recorded.

    Once you’re ready to lock in a package and date, we will organise a meeting either in person or by video call.

    From there, I send through a contract. Once that’s signed and the 50% deposit is paid, your date is booked!

  • I support couples of all backgrounds, genders, values and spiritualities. My process allows every couple to build their unique dream ceremony.

  • It’s recommended to book a celebrant around the time you start making decisions about your venue, wedding vendors and date.

    Your celebrant can be in the wedding planning process if desired, often providing helpful support on the day.

  • Yes, as a licensed wedding celebrant I can be the celebrant for your wedding at any venue.

  • I am based in Wellington but am open to travel across New Zealand.
